At SERVPRO of Floyd County our goal has been, and continues to be, more than just a restoration company. Being a part of the community and building relationships is a core component that continues to separate us from the competition.GETTING INVOLVED
Being involved with helping and promoting our clients is a big part of our belief process. From taking part with small or large town parades, to supporting a single client's customer appreciation day. Sometimes, it can be just a friendly face and a listening ear that a customer can turn to when things are upside down in their world.
BEING PERSONAL
Another way SERVPRO has reached out for the more personal touch is by creating a special packet when a customer or client has a fire loss. These packets are given to families if a marketing rep is at a fire scene in progress.
